About Our CPE

Are any Pony Express CPE courses approved by NASBA?

Yes.  About 150 of our courses are approved by NASBA, and we are adding more all the time. NASBA stands for the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy. Many states that do not require specific state sponsor approval or registration will require or recognize CPE from NASBA sponsors.  The following states must take courses that are marked “NASBA”:  Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana,  New Jersey, Oregon, South Carolina,  Tennessee and West Virginia.  All other states can take any of our courses and they will be accepted by their state board of accountancy.

Pony Express CPE is registered with NASBA on the National Registry of CPE sponsors. All courses have been developed using national and state guidelines, and in accordance with the new statement of standards related to CPE development and presentation issued by the AICPA and NASBA.
